“The people are so curious, they want to see when its ready”. These are the worlds of Damien Foschiatti, using the ONE39 oven which has a large rounded see-through door. He has, like many of our customers, placed the oven visible to his guests. They can see what is baking both from outside the window and inside the pâtisserie.
